Nightcrawler (2014)

Guess I'll review it now. It's rare for a "realistic" character to be as compelling as the story associated. If this were a story about just Nightcrawling or just about Lou this wouldn't be half the film. A rare marriage that makes this film unmissable(if not flawless).

Nightcrawler (2014)

The praise it has gotten isn't hyperbolic. Jake Gyllenhaals Lou Bloom oozes sleaze and is just a despicable human being but also a great character. It has the performances, atmosphere and the pacing to make this one truly memorable.

Nightcrawler (2014)

One of the more refreshing and interesting movies I've seen in a while. I'm not usually a big Gyllenhaal fan, but he was fantastic in this. Watch it.

Nightcrawler (2014)

Could have been called Nightcreeper. Totally dislikable character played by JG, but what an awesome performance. His character is extremely well-written. Not a fan of JG, but if there's 1 movie to watch him in, I'd say this is it.

Nightcrawler (2014)

Nightcrawler is the creepy cousin of 2011's Drive. Though both are set in the seedy underworld of LA after dark, Nightcrawler is anything but sexy. The film may be a little rough around the edges, but Gyllenhaal's electrifying performance makes this one absolutely worth seeing.

Nightcrawler (2014)

One of the more satisfying movie going experiences that I've had this year. JG is amazingly creepy and the whole scene the film paints of LA is just atmospherically perfect.
