Batman (1989)

I don't like Tim Burton, he makes up for being pretty shit at storytelling by making up slightly out-of-the-ordinary ideas that can be a bit interesting. Him having to conform to a plot structure is one of the worst tasks you could put him under. Not fun, and this is BATMAN!!!

Batman (1989)

I like the Tim Burton version of Batman and despite it being different than the established lore it works on its own terms. Jack Nicholson was a great Joker and Michael Keaton is effective as Batman and Bruce Wayne.

Batman (1989)

It is hard to watch this movie post 2008 with Christopher Nolan's adaptation of Batman vs Joker and not compare Nichoson to Ledger, but this movie is a well made classic that started the batman series off on the right foot.
