Batman Begins (2005)

A decent reboot - certainly better than the crimes against cinema produced in the 1990s (half marks for the 1st one). But they should have given Gary Oldman a bigger part in this film. Plot could have been a little better too. Cheap movie to make. No lights on during filming. . .

Batman Begins (2005)

Re-watched this after seeing TDKR since it seemed like I didn't recall a thing about it (Like, for example, Liam Neeson existing), and boy howdy was it good. Near-perfect introduction to the man who dresses up like a bat.

Batman Begins (2005)

A great start to the new franchise and who better than Christopher Nolan to usher us into this new Batman era. Christian Bale's growl might be a punchline at this point but it does work. Would you rather he sounded like a carnival barker? No, I thought not.

Batman Begins (2005)

Nolan is putting on a clinic. Re-watched this after seeing the trailer and prologue to The Dark Knight Rises. Batman Begins is a text book definition is of character and plot development. From beginning to end you are invested in Batman, Bruce Wayne, and Gotham.
