Battleship (2012)

This is about as high a grade as I can give this, and this includes bonus points for good use of Thunderstruck. Bad characters and bad CGI Aliens combined with a distinct lack of giving a damn about the established stakes hurt it.

Berg and 'Bro's Battleship's banal but not boring; babes, bombs, and bros aren't a bad bit. Spoiler: seeing salty septuagenarian sailors shoot the shit out of spaceships is sweet.
