Being John Malkovich (1999)

"What happens when a man goes through his own portal?" This movie is so unique, so creative, so damn weird, it's hard not to smile just thinking about its absurdity. It'll do your head in, but you'll enjoy every second of it. Jonze and Kaufman are a match made in movie heaven.

Being John Malkovich (1999)

The site of John Malkovich in a dress is worth the cerebral hangover alone. The first time I saw a Charlie Kaufman film and it made me interested in following him. That may not have always worked out (Synecdoche, New York) but I'm glad I've done it all the same.
