Dallas Buyers Club (2013)

Indeed very good. Compelling, thorough, and full of great performances. It did feel a little long though. To start, the pace was great but control is all but gone in the second half. Still nice to see Vallée's star on the rise.

Dallas Buyers Club (2013)

Matthew McConaughey actually has talent! Slow at times, and well, you gotta "want" to watch a pretty depressing story. Nothing happy in here. Still worth seeing once, for MM's performance - and physical transformation.

Dallas Buyers Club (2013)

I didn't think this delivered on its hype, but it was very good. MM has really come into his own. He's limited, but plays within those limits with increasing comfort and skill. Letto is good, but I think of him as such a bozo that he won't get the credit he deserves from me.
