You know, this was okay. All considered it's a well thought out prequel that makes you feel for the family in a way the first one doesn't. I also appreciated that it mixed up the scare tactics.

Perfect continuation from the first. Though I did need Wikipedia to put some of the fine points together. Researching this on my iPad tonight was a huge mistake for my heart.
