I felt that Danny Glover spoke like Daffy Duck, it was hard to understand him at times. Peña is excellent as the naive police officer. Believable script. Bob Lee obviously has no respect for the government & it's even more apparent when he realizes he's been set up. Seen worse.

If you told me this was satire, I would believe you. It gets 15 points for Marky Mark breathlessly talking to animals are various points and for Danny Glover's braces that he spends the whole movie trying to hide. Shooter.
