I always find it incredible how much Wes trusts complex character interpretation to the viewer. That and this movie's beautiful sun-drenched aesthetic is what really made me enjoy it. Has amounts of respect for characters, the audience, and culture I never see in movies. Hearthy.

As always, Wes Anderson is capable of providing a touching and enjoyable story with plenty of smooth and quirky dialogue. Visually, the film was gorgeous and the soundtrack perfectly suiting.

Wes Anderson loves his quirky characters and this is no different in that respect but it's still pretty good. The trio of Schwartzman, Brody and Wilson are all good and at this point they all know what Wes expects, as should the audience for this movie.
