The Purge (2013)

The moral is that your dumb kids will get you killed. A decent home invasion thriller which, when viewed as a part of the overall series, was a pretty good small scale start to something that became much bigger.

The Purge (2013)

This movie made me so angry. The characters are stupid, and their decisions are senseless. The premise is great and the lead villian was intense, but all the good got lost in the shit-mix.

The Purge (2013)

I was fired up by the premise but watching how the actual machinery broke down wasn't as interesting as I'd anticipated. Meh. While you will feel talked down to and variously annoyed by silly, needless conventions, you can still appreciate the love that went in here.
