Synopsis: When foreman Frank shows new employee Freddy a secret military experiment in a supply warehouse in Louisville, Kentucy, the two klutzes accidentally release a gas that reanimates corpses into flesh-eating zombies. As the epidemic spreads throughout the town, and the creatures satisfy their hunger in gory and outlandish ways, Frank and Freddy fight to survive with the help of their boss and a mysterious mortician.

Hor-Com doesn't disappoint from its reputation. Unapologetic about its shamelessness and better for it. Not nearly as gory as you might think for an 80's zombie flick.

The Return of the Living Dead (1985)

Brilliant, gory, shocking, clever, charming and hilarious. Boobs and brains and split dogs with an awesome synth score. This is a zombie movie and a parody of zombie movies and it does both fantastically well. A classic companion piece to Romero's more serious treatments.
