Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011)

One point lower than the 1979 original because they cut it to 2 hours . . . but Oldman is amazing in this. . . and the cast is almost as good as the original. This is the way you make a real spy movie.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011)

A spy film without all the conveniently placed gadgets and gizmos. Great performance by Gary Oldman, and suspenseful storyline. However, was dragged out at times, and they could've cut to the chase sooner. Luckily I watched this while stuck on a bus, but it's worth watching!

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011)

Slow burning old fashioned espionage movie that seems like it was made during the time frame it takes place. It's not flashy but it's got plenty of style and a wonderful story with great performances. Another spot on exhibit for Gary Oldman's talents.
