Trance (2013)

Danny Boyle can do these sort of crime films in his sleep by this point and turn out something worth seeing. No exception here. Twisty and stylish. Gotta say I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Not my favorite movie by a long shot, but it does solidify Danny Boyle as my favorite director. He just knows how to set up scenes so you are never bored. If he ever pairs up with a top-tier screenwriter I'll cream my cackeys.

Trance (2013)

Wildly stylish, and for the most part tensely gripping. What holds this back most is an irritating amount of false awakenings. Thinner and more confusing than I'd been expecting, but I did, as I'm sure you will, enjoy the ride.
