Unstoppable (2010)

Really, 90 mins for this story? Love the plot's simplicity: fat, lazy guy screws up, + the attractive people save the day. Besides the guaranteed brilliant acting of D Washington, + the ruggish good looks of C Pine, not sure this one's worth the stopping at a R-R Xing for!

Unstoppable (2010)

Horribly underrated. Annoying cliches aside, you have to give it to Unstoppable for being technically astounding. It contains an insane variety of tracking shots and maintains its intensity almost throughout. Also nice to some good blue-collar action for once.

Unstoppable (2010)

Unstoppable is far from a great movie. Actually it's far from a good movie. But despite the hacky dialogue, one-dimensional characters and Hollywood cliches, it was generally exciting and I enjoyed my time watching it. Take it for what it is: mindless fun.

Unstoppable (2010)

A runaway train of groan worthy, stilted buddy-flick tripe. Theoretically passable if it had been aware of the juvenile shot construction, cliche writing and idiotic premise but instead it races forward convinced of its own tooth grinding intensity. I was embarrassed for them.
