Casino Royale (2006)

Best of the Craig series to date and one of the best overall. The return to the basics (and beyond the basics). The dark serious and grown-up films and Craig's stoic portrayal are great. Eva Green should also definitely be in top 5 Bond women of all time.

Casino Royale (2006)

Not a great Bond film, but a very, very good one. Craig was not yet at home in the role; you can sense a bit of a struggle to redefine Bond and make it his own. The later part of the film lags a bit, but all in all I enjoyed it. Mikkelsen makes a great villain.

Casino Royale (2006)

If Brosnan's bond career is any indication about Craigs, this will be his best film and it will slowly go down from there. That being said, this is one action packed film and a great start.

Casino Royale (2006)

Daniel Craig's first outing as Bond is a winner. I was never one who complained about Brosnan and the lack of realism in the direction those films took but they managed to make a different Bond come to life in this that continues the legacy of Bond well.
