Forrest Gump (1994)

A nice enough concept, but it didn't do it for me. Way over-rated, over-simplified, and much too sentimental. By any means, certainly not a masterpiece.

Forrest Gump (1994)

Urgggghhh! I feel so stupid whenever I say I like this movie. It seems like the most set-up, oscar-bait, tear-jerker (In the bad way, like the movie siphons your tears) movie. I still have to love it though, I enjoyed every minute of it and felt an actual emotion near the end.

Forrest Gump (1994)

I'll apologize now but this did not warm my heart, this did not make me tear up, this did not make me feel any sympathy for Forrest. This made me feel like Robert Zemeckis was trying to reach through the screen and scream in my face that I HAVE to love Forrest.

Forrest Gump (1994)

My favorite movie of all time to which all other will be compared. So many phrases from this movie have entered our vernacular.
