G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009)

At some point I realized I had reached the climax of the movie - all the 'Joes' were cheering and clapping, and I was sort of confused - had I really endured all two hours? I couldn't remember an established plot or point. There sure was a lot of firey explosions, though.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009)

As a huge fan of the cartoon, toys and comics growing up, I have my nitpicks about this movie, but when viewed objectively it's a hell of a lot of fun. In a way they made a movie that was almost designed to not be embraced by fans but it does work as an action piece.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009)

The climax of this tripe involves sinking an iceberg. I think that mostly covers it. Obnoxiously long for the value of the story, G.I. Joe is basically two hours of noise if noise could be made more out of tune. Jingoistic garbage delivered without even competent shine.
