Goon (2012)

Hockey doesn't get the same amount of cinematic attention as Baseball or Football so it''s always nice to see a well made Hockey movie. Sean William Scott plays to his strengths with the lovable but dim Doug Glatt and Liev Schreiber strikes a great tone of grizzled but accepting.

Goon (2012)

This movie had the potential to be atrocious, whereas I came out of the theater and wasn't completely disgusted. The most gratuitous use of profanity in a movie I've seen in a while.... amusingly. Weak story line.... go figure.

Goon (2012)

I was hoping for hilarious, back and forth, trash-talking, hoser dialogue, and something worthy of a comparison to Slap Shot (best hockey movie ever). Instead I got a weird romantic drama/comedy whose storyline never got traction. I miss Stiffler

Goon (2012)

I have no recollection of watching this movie thanks to copious amounts of beer. I remember saying that it was the greatest movie i've seen in over a year, so that has to say something. So how do you rate a movie one only enjoys drunk?
