Black Book (2006)

Overall this was pretty good but got kind of unnecessarily convoluted towards the end which really wasn't needed as the movie had a lot going on already.

Black Book (2006)

Amidst all the crappy movies available these days, I must say that this movie was most excellent in every way. Well, almost. Extremely well-directed & written, great art direction, so what's missing? A little too slick, too Hollywood for me. Nonetheless a beautiful film.

Black Book (2006)

All in all, it was alright. Not great, however; a good example of how making a movie about Nazi Europe does not instantly a good movie make.
