Clooney at his best. The plot is slow and nuanced, juxtaposing the quiet, introspective protagonist with the simultaneously intriguing and abhorrent existence of the world-class assassin. The breathtaking setting makes it all the more surreal.

The standard hitman that can't get out story? Not so much. Artfully put together, this movie takes advantage of it's beautiful European locales tells a slow burn story that may not be for everyone, as it's basically an arthouse version of the assassin film.
