The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)

Are you sick of all the awesome story from the first movie, well LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE! The Helms Deep battle has a perfect ebb and flow, on the otherside, the Ents are just cleaning up. Can this really be better than the first? Can it really be worse?

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)

It's a dark days feel in this particular book and in this particular film. The tiny flaws do reveal a little - overmention of Arwen (lady demographic appeaser), gushy Hobbits (not gruff enough in delivery of certain lines), too much counting of slain - accurate but not for film.
