The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012)

A very watchable adaptation of a great book. The producer/director did a great job with casting.

Cute coming of age movie. With quality actors. Go see it with your girlfriend or mother!

Watching Wallflower's warrantless. Cute coming-of-age couples can't constitute chemistry. Still, solid stars and finale fits finer than the first fifty.

Even with it's flaws, which somehow seemed charming, and its coming-of-age-seen-it-before plot, this movie shows that you can really hit the nail on the head if you stick to what you know will work. Simple but really likable.

I liked this movie. Interesting story that kept me engaged throughout. Good young cast that could have big careers in front of them. Story and characters are pretty intense for a movie based in high school, but it works. Hermione's American accent is not bad.

What a darling surprise this was! A solid coming of age film. And appropriately adapted at that.. The story is rich without being overblown.
