There were a few positives, such as adding Dwayne Johnson as Roadblock and Ray Stevensen as Firefly, that were good but most of the changes made this a much lesser Joe adaptation.

Bad, far worse than the first one. Most of my score goes to Dwayne Johnson's smile.
